We are looking for an in-office Receptionist who has experience managing various administrative duties. Also, we are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, highly organized, has excellent communication skills and demonstrates a strong attention to detail.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
In this role, you will report to the Director of Facilities. You will be responsible for various administrative duties and on occasion assist the Director of Facilities with office maintenance issues. This position is hourly, non-exempt. This is an in-office position 5 days a week, 8:30am – 5:00 pm and does not offer telecommuting.
IN THIS ROLE:
- Manage the call queue
- Review all inbound faxes and route to the appropriate department
- Provide administrative support for all company shipping needs
- Create, edit, maintain, and upload information on Yodeck Software
- Update all Facility/Administration content on the Intranet
- Order BETA employee ID cards and ship to employee
- Order, maintain, and stock office supplies
- Assist in all aspects of the building maintenance as requested
- Back up to the Director of Facilities as requested
- Other administrative duties, as requested
- High school diploma or G E.D. required
- Minimum 2 years of reception/clerical/data entry experience required
- High level of commitment to customer service
- Ability to decipher handwriting and proofread documents
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

· This position is hourly, non-exempt. Note the amount listed is the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this position. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific role.
REQUIREMENTS:
Hiring base salary range: $58,000 to $62,000/annually depending on experience
