Primary Duties:
- Data Management & Accuracy: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all internal and external data, including handling large data sets and performing regular quality checks to ensure data consistency.
- Data Entry & Processing: Support daily data input and processing tasks, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and updated in the company’s systems.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assist in the preparation of reports on data-related activities and trends, documenting key metrics and insights for cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure data flow is aligned with team needs and expectations.
- Troubleshooting Data Issues: Proactively identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies or issues, working with other departments to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Support Data Automation Projects: Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain automation systems that improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive company data by adhering to strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent and experience in data operations, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated expertise in data operations, data entry, or related field. We also welcome applicants with experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with data management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with database management systems. Experience with CRM systems or other internal data tools is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
