Musicians On Call, a nonprofit that delivers the healing power of music directly to patients’ bedsides, is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! As a vital force in our Marketing team, you’ll be at the forefront of amplifying the MOC brand, forging powerful emotional connections with our supporters and volunteers, and driving financial growth as we scale across the nation.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just passionate about the power of music, the impact it has on improving lives and staying on the latest trends in technology, but who also thrives on creating innovative, engaging content that sparks conversation across digital platforms. If you’re imaginative, data-savvy, and excited about using your skills to make a real impact, this position is for you! The salary for this full-time Nashville-based position starts at $50,000-$55,000.
Responsibilities
Social Media Growth
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms to enhance Musicians On Call’s brand visibility and engage with our community.
- Act as community manager for social content by fostering positive interactions to generate new leads for donors and volunteers.
- Leverage artist and brand partnerships to drive engagement to Musicians On Call socials.
Content Vision and Creation
- Generate engaging video and graphic content for digital platforms showcasing the impact of Musicians On Call’s programs.
- Create content with celebrity musicians, volunteers, and healthcare partners to capture and share compelling stories through digital media.
- Assist with directing content capture opportunities like events and programs for use on social media
- Maintain regular organization of content through Box/Drive and metadata, and manage the archival process for previous Musicians On Call content
Web and Email Strategy
- Craft engaging and targeted website content and e-mail appeals to drive volunteer and donor engagement and utilize segmentation strategies to tailor messages to specific audiences.
- Monitor digital data analysis including web and social traffic, email marketing and donor behavior by producing analytics reports, and making recommendations to reach target audiences
- Plan and execute creative online fundraising campaigns by leveraging socials, individual fundraising, sweepstakes, auctions, and merch alongside our Fundraising team.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of proven experience in social, email and content creation
- Proficient in content creation tools such as Adobe, Canva and Capcut
- Proficient in advertising tools such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Sprout Social
- Experience in CRM and email marketing tools such as Salesforce and Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement preferred
- Experience in website tools and languages such as WordPress preferred
- Strong understanding of the music industry, digital marketing trends, KPI tracking and best practices.
- Passion for the healing power of music and the mission of Musicians On Call.
